Our Owner: Igor Arkhipov is the principal broker and owner of the company. The company was established in 2000 and currently consists 27 dedicated real estate agents. In addition to a real estate broker license Igor Arkhipov also holds a Georgia Mortgage Broker license from 2001.Igor Arkhipov graduated from Moscow Law School in 1986 and Georgia State University in 1998 with an M.B.A. in International Business. In 1992 Igor Arkhipov established South Crimean Real Estate Agency, the first Real Estate and Title Company in the republic of Crimea, Ukraine. In 2000 his very popular book related to commercial law in Russia, “Doing Business in Russia”, was published by Business Laws, Inc. Igor Arkhipov's wife, Svetlana Arkhipov holds a GA real estate and mortgage originator license (NMLS # 294020). Currently, he resides in Roswell with his wife and two children, Nika and Walt.
