Our Savings Plans:Realco Brokers, Inc. has three major commission plans depending on your experience/broker dependability:
These plans contain no tricks, gimmicks, or hidden fees. All we ask for is a 0.12% transaction fee on each transaction you close OR $100 per month and no transaction fees whatsoever. No annual fees, no board meetings, no hidden requirements. YOU PAY US NOTHING ELSE. Our Expectations:I hope you understand that these plans only works if you are an experienced agent. It’s simple. We are able to keep our costs low because we do very little of your work. We expect you to be responsible for your clients and your paperwork. We expect that you know the business. We have no overhead costs, no silly meetings for you to attend, and no requirements other than that you follow the laws and send us the necessary paperwork after each transaction so we can keep it on file.If you are interested in joining us we would love to have you!
